Quoted rates above do not include a required 10% cleaning fee and Maine's 7% lodging tax. A credit card is required to hold all reservations. We reserve the right to charge the credit card for excessive cleaning, damage, toll calls or any missing items. We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. A signed liability waiver is required for use of the kayaks and row boat.
PET FEE: Though we love our pets, pets are not allowed at CedarDuft Cottage without our prior written consent. If we agree to your pet, an additional charge of $25.00 will be charged per pet. If a pet is discovered without our approval, guests may be asked to leave immediately and/or the guest will be charged $200.00.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted within CedarDuft Cottage. Guests may smoke on the porch or the grounds as long as the cigarette ends are collected and properly thrown out with the garbage. Anyone who fails to adhere to this policy will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit any monies paid. If we discover evidence that smoking occurred during your stay, a $300.00 fee will be added to your account to cover special cleaning costs.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are final. If you should have to cancel for ANY reason, we cannot refund money unless we are able to rebook CedarDuft Cottage for the same dates. If the property is rebooked your funds will be returned minus a $50.00 processing fee. We do not refund for weather events.
Check-In time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM.
